I had a strange mark appear on my left hand , it is adjacent to a small lump that has been there a long time.

The mark is round about the size of a pea , it is brused around the edges with a white dot in the center.

At the same time a larger version appeared on my right leg above my knee , except this mark also had a red pin prick in the center of the white part.

Note :- I was pulled aside going through an airport scanner because a small metallic like object in that right knee was detected.

I have never had any operations on that knee , but I do get fluid retention there from time to time.

OP, that could just be what’s called an “acid bump”. I sometimes get one somewhere on my fingers if I drink too much orange juice, eat too much acidic foods like tomato sauce, etc., usually on or near a knuckle, too.
