Because you can see the foreground, that means the focal length is short and the moon should be very small in the sky. Sorry to say but slavish devotion to precisely duplicating the physics of the camera often just gets in the way of telling the story. But sure, if you'd like to talk in detail about caustics, focal lengths, key and fill lights, etc, please feel free.
