Simply a heater with insulation and thermal bricks or medium to store heat. Then use it when electricity is free or cheaper like in the night in many countries. With those you can warm them up during the night and keep the house warm during the day. |

It is also more often cloudy.” As a rule, you generate 70 percent of all electricity between April and September. In summer, a solar panel can generate up to 3,500 watts per hour. In winter this can drop to 25 watts per hour. Less sun, so less power from the solar panels while your consumption is highest in the winter. So, he will not be running a 2k electric space heater from his solar when he actually needs it - October to March. Like the UK, our most intensive period of energy need is the winter for home heating, hot water and cooking warm meals. The average home solar setup is not viable to cover that need because the weather during that time period is often cloudy, grey and rainy. |

I have now had to put the heating on for a period of time to warm up and stop shaking. Our elderly are going to become sick, diseased and die if they are attempting to do the same thing. |

The only natural gas we have only heats our hot water tank. We have 4 portable baseboard electric heaters running that don't really cost that much to run since our central heat is too old to trust plus it was gas. I have 4-5 other small electric heaters I can use if it gets colder. This guy in the video acts like buying and unpacking an electric heaters makes him the saviour and prepper elite. Too funny |
