Depending on what Sakyapa monastery the texts are from, they could very well contain that info within them.

Not likely at all.

The question is rather: Are the texts mainly of Sutrayana? Or are a good portion of them of Esoteric Buddhism....

The Sakya lineage kept great records. These are most likely Vajrayana texts with extremely valuable teaching ij them. When Atisha came to Tibet in the 10th century he was shocked at the texts he discovered and he came from the naropa university in India.

They state that the texts are only about 5000 years old though, though the teachings are probably timeless.

5,000 years would be a pretty groundbreaking discovery for Tibetan texts (whether or not there are some Sanskrit originals in there too; which wouldn't surprise me).
