The machine went crazy...pinning multiple rods through patients leg

They survived...but had it pinned lung tissue multiple times or a femoral artery...or cardiac...patient would of died. Personally they are alive,but screwed ..the damage it did shooting multiple rods through Femur,Tibia,and Fibula was astounding. Lucky they survived. Happened before as well...AI must be regulated, and who oversees these killer machines?
