Have you ever made pecan pie? It is most likely gmo corn syrup. Corn syrup is basically the "foundation" of the pie.

High Fructose Corn Syrup is like the worst thing you can put in your body.

High carbs diets wreck your body's normal metabolic system leading to the entire spectrum of metabolic based disorders.

If it's a small part of your diet or infrequent you are OK but if you consuming 100s of grams of fructose carbs every day you are screwed.

Just look in the baskets of those 300 pound electric chair people at Walmart with the swelled purple scabby legs. The food in their baskets are mostly high carb foods in the form of bread, soda, cookies and chips.

By the way I love pecan pie and had a small slice the other day. People should make it the old fashioned way with molasses and cane sugar not corn syrup.
