If you're still buying cold/flu medications, you haven't been paying attention.

Grow your own medicine.

When the great reset comes full blossom, there won't be any cold medicine.

There won't be much of anything.

They are not for curing cold illnesses.

They relieve symptoms which is pain in the ass when you have a job.

Figure out what you are taking. Then mimic it. For instance, my wife takes Reactine, ie Pseudoephedrine. Guess what...

Sinus and mucus..

Nothing works better than pseudoephedrine for nasal congestion and guaifenesin for mucus.

mullein tea and eucalyptus tea work well at loosening up the chest....i brew mullein with peppermint tea together and add honey to eucalyptus tea....i've not had mullein flower to make tea, they are apparently even more powerful.

a pox on those ....sudafed makes you feel all weird and wired....and guaifenesin tastes nasty an will not work unles you drink copious amounts of fluid, which begs the question if it even does anything.

you feel effects of these teas immediately.

I actually heard that nasal cleansing is the best thing you can do for sinus runny nose common colds. I’ve never tried it though because I fear sticking anything inside my body. (nose) lol

Re: Cold medications are hella expensive…
op, spearmint would be a better option for brewing with the mullein leaf tea. it's also beneficial for your situation, the mint makes it taete quite pleasant and is also medicinal..,.andnno need to add sugar.

if you like the flavour of anise, consider adding fennel tea to whatever medicinal tea you use which needs a flavour boost

drink nettle tea every day for good health....good as is, but i like to brew it with lemon balm and mint for their daily health benefits.

Thread: Cosmic Death Fungus - General

Try this, you have to read/scan through the entire thread because it is an active experiment. For instance do a run with 8-10 days with ivermectin at the same time. Plus the Oil of Oregano is important so the various brands and strengths get mentioned a lot.

Saigon Pho

Chicken broth, chicken,

Mass quantities of fresh ginger and lemon grass

1 Thai pepper, lots of garlic. Julienned leek, carrot, sweet red pepper. Bean sprouts and minced cilantro added right before serving.

Make soup. Make big kettles of soup when you feel well and freeze portions for crappy days

Or buy take out golden curry soup or Thai green curry soup.
