The article says that although traces were found in her urine, they were not found in the initial blood draw upon entering the hospital.

The inactive chemical traces were determined to be from prior use but not active at the time of the crash. The fentanyl was administered at the hospital for pain from the crash/burns.

Drugs aside, she was still one messed up chick.
