Iv seen a Canadian post they get middle bacon. Is US just streaky ( fave ) And Canadian just back bacon ( lean ) ? Back bacon seems best almost raw ( flash fried ) Which a person made ( they bought from a pig farm ) Not for the un- flubber lovers. What about stout cured bacon? And whats with sweet bacon. Even un-smoked is better than smoked.
