Anyone playing the discrimination card that goes and has those conversations with other coworkers is in violation of company policy under the "subversive acts" section. Grounds for termination.
Our particular company has decided this has become out of control to the point of hurting business operations and is no longer willing to tolerate it.

Yes, so true. I put 1 year effort to getting a person on nightshift terminated. Everyone refused to step up and go through with it. His attitude and horrible work ethic infected the entire nightshift. After they finally listened to me, we terminated him as well as his lead, made personnel changes and turned the whole thing around. The tide change, they are not putting off these moves anymore.
