What is His personality? How is He distinct from the Father and Son? Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. --- In the Book of Isaiah, God reveals to us what the earth will be like during the Millennium. The wolf will live with the lamb, the leopard will lie down with the goat, the calf, the lion and the yearling, and a little child will lead them. The cow will feed with the bear, their young will lie down together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox. The infant will play near the cobra’s den, and the young child will put its hand into the viper’s nest. They will neither harm nor destroy on all my holy mountain, for the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea. --- Are you filled with the knowledge of the Lord? --- In the Book of Matthew, Jesus tells us, Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. For their hearts have become calloused, they can hardly hear with their ears and they have closed their eyes. --- As a little child, did you ever consider the idea of killing an animal so you could eat it? No you did not, because as a little child your heart was pure. Such a thought would have never entered your mind. But, since you were taught to eat animals from infancy, by the time you were old enough to understand what you were doing, your heart had accepted what it would have never accepted as an innocent child. --- Have you changed and become like a little child? Or, does your heart remain calloused? --- In the Book of Revelation, we are told, In the center around the throne were four Living Creatures and they were covered with eyes in front and in back. The first living creature was like a lion, the second was like an ox, the third had a face like a man, the fourth was like a flying eagle. Each of the four Living Creatures had six wings and was covered with eyes all around, even under its wings. Day and night they never stop saying, "Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come." And the twenty-four elders, who were seated on their thrones before God, fell on their faces and worshiped God, saying, "We give thanks to you, Lord God Almighty, the One who is and who was, because you have taken your great power and have begun to reign. The nations were angry and your wrath has come." "The time has come for judging the dead, and for rewarding your servants the prophets and your people who revere your name, both great and small — and for destroying those who destroy the earth.” --- Do you destroy the earth? Do you destroy God's Living Creatures? --- In the Book of Revelation, we are told, The sea gave up the dead that were in it and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them and each person was judged according to what they had done. Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. Anyone whose name was not found written in the Book of Life was thrown into the lake of fire, for nothing impure will ever enter the kingdom of heaven, nor will anyone who does what is shameful (e.g. killing God's Living Creatures and eating them) or deceitful, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb's Book of Life. --- On the day of your judgment will Jesus say to you, "Your name is not in the Book of Life for how could it be since you were a destroyer of life." --- And the man who God had plucked from the multitude to awaken the people to the hour of their great judgment was unable to do so. He looked up to God and said, "My Father, why has your message been met with such defiance? Can they not see their creator is bringing forth the hour of their judgment?" And God said, "Let them reap what they sow. If they choose to sow death, then death they will reap." |

You are right that the bible doesn't use the word "trinity" but one thing that is undenieble, the bible, specifically Jesus is quoted as making a clear distinction between him, his father and the Holy spirit. Notably that he states you can blaspheme His Father and you can blaspheme him and be forgiven. But if you blaspheme the Holy Spirit, you will not be forgiven in this life or the next. So with that, it is undisputable that the Holy spirit is a third component of some sort that holds an esteemed significance from the other two. |

I need more of the Holy Spirit. I don't feel Him as much as I would like. Without the Holy Spirit... Christianity is nothing more than reading an ancient holy book. And sadly..this is all that my faith feels like sometimes. You receive the Holy Spirit when you realize, accept and trust that Christ died for your sins on the cross, in order for you to be forgiven and eventually be able to dwell with Him then you are saved and sealed with the Holy Spirit Ephesians 1:13 |

They are all one in purpose but not "three in one God" I would suggest that all three make the very existing of one "God" For example. You are made up of mind, body and spirit. If you lose any of those three components your cease to exist. If you don't have a body you can not exist. If you're brain dies, you don't exist. If your spirit returns to God who gave it, you cease to exist. Just like you are made up of three components that make you 1 person, God is made up of three who makes him exist.. |

Yeshua clearly states that his Father is greater than he. He prays to Him. He tells his followers that his Father is HIS God and our God. The 3 in 1 teaching is pagan and false. The holy spirit isn't even a person, it's a thing. It's the powerful force God uses to exert his actions and he can lend it others. By Jesus breathing and talking to his Apostles he told them he was pouring out the Holy Spirit so they could have the words and power to carry on his work. Paul wasn't there at the Pentecost and was a false apostle who claimed it. If you read Jesus' words you can see it is he who he warns his apostles to beware of. "If anyone tells you they've seen me they are lying" basically is what he said. Further if he were to add a "special" apostle he would have told Peter, John and the other ten about this plan. When John talks about Logos he could well be talking not about Jesus but the holy spirit as being spoken. As this is how the entire universe was created by being spoken/exhaled/vibrated into being by GOD's word, and that of his first Son. |
