If your conservative they want you to think your fighting communism; if your liberal they want you to think your fighting fascism. They use these influence campaigns to form "break away" groups of people that they use advance their agenda (to protest or sometimes more extreme measures like removing a leader that isn't playing ball; sometimes conservative leaders sometimes liberal ones); this is Operation GLADIO

Sometimes these break away groups are meant to get caught but not always. If they are caught, whether intentional or not, they are labeled as extremist and the top guys always get away. (They'll label conservative break aways as communist and they'll label liberal break aways as facist)

This is the extent of their work; the private data analytics companies are contracted by governments around the world to run the influence operations, the Intel community form the break away groups along side the military (even though most of the military doesn't know what is going on even though they train side by side on the same bases), and the think tanks are non government organisations comprised of elected officials who discuss how they will go home and make policies in the interests of the corporations; corporations who are also comprised of these same elected officials (which is a conflict of intrest).

At what level are they running game theory / statistical outcome probabilities? (Individual? Tribal? Group? Party?)
