Aluminum Migration into beverages: Are dented cans safe
[link to pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov (secure)]

Abstract
Aluminium (Al) migration from cans to beer and tea was studied along time. Analyses of Al in the canned drinks were performed till the sell-by date, and, in seven months, aluminium migration was found to increase 0.14 mg L(-1) in beer, and 0.6 mg L(-1) in tea. This study included dented cans from which aluminium migration into tea was found to be particularly severe. Al concentration in dented canned tea increased 9.6 mg L(-1) in seven months.

I'm sure the fluoride in the tea will protect you from the alluminium from the can and the bisphenol of the plastic coating.

Even some in bottles will have something, just herbal tissue.

Prebiotic soda or sparkling water with dents also compromised making me feel terrible after drinking..

And it's basically all of them

O’ ya, they are fine. I smash them on my face and pound them daily and I’m still kicking. Sometimes I squeeze them out like Popeye too.

I'd be more concerned about the antiperspirants you probably slather on your pits everyday.

People expose themselves to so much crap.

Does anyone need a drink that comes in a can? No.

Put water through a good filter and drink it.

Want some flavor, grow mint in your garden and make mint tea.

sometimes you do bro when everything is in plastic....

but is aluminum really safe?

There are maybe things you can avoid like heat with aluminum...

have you baked a potato in aluminum foil and felt like crap? I dont know why im the only one that does. Maybe there is a particular way to cook then so that they dont get soggy, which is how aluminum leaches into the food esp with heat?

BPA free aluminum bottled water is a thing too ya know..
