NB:
The Major Histone Compatibility system in humans (MHC-1 and MHC-II) usually expresses cell protein fragments to white blood cells for 'verification' that nothing is awry in the cell.
MHC-1 fragments are tyically 9 Amino Acids, MHC-II fragments are typically 15 Amino Acids.
The %-match required to cause cross-reactivity is not known.
