The gut-brain connection
Pay attention to your gut-brain connection – it may contribute to your anxiety and digestion problems

The gut-brain connection is no joke; it can link anxiety to stomach problems and vice versa. Have you ever had a "gut-wrenching" experience? Do certain situations make you "feel nauseous"? Have you ever felt "butterflies" in your stomach? We use these expressions for a reason. The gastrointestinal tract is sensitive to emotion. Anger, anxiety, sadness, elation — all of these feelings (and others) can trigger symptoms in the gut.

The satanic death cult(s) seek mass-death of all except them.

The hell(th) (AMA etc) cult destroy guts & profit to no end throughout the process.

If Jesus is the answer, I doubt Jesus will eliminate one's gut issues. This process takes will power, care to change, discipline.

Watermelon alone is good.

All fried foods are bad.

Some common oils take the body 6 months to detox, except that people never stop putting garbage in.

I can't digest most foods. Someone here, energy work person, told me I have damaged lower intestine. Wish I could find that person to somehow communicate. (They were a/c like me)Where are they?

Damaged by rounds of childhood antibiotics. What am I supposed to do? Probiotics do nothing, I've tried all brands, including "human" that my N.D. prescribed (those were worst!)

Kefir makes me severely ill as do many similar " health foods". I am so bloated, like 4 or six inches bigger. If it weren't for this problem, I'd wear smaller clothes. Of course, I have extreme symptoms due to this.

Colonics. It's expensive, but will help get you on the right track.

Probiotics (expensive)

Only eat foods that are easily digestible

Chew. Chew. Chew. A LOT. The brain releases chemicals each time we chew. Most of us chew not nearly enough, which is a part of our problem.

Only eat the purest foods you can find.

Do what brings you joy.

Coffee enemas, daily.

Fresh juice, daily (carrot is cheap & Good)

Chlorine Dioxide

Parasite cleanse

Re: The gut-brain connection
Thanks, OP, but I'm so severely coffee intolerant, just the smell can kill me, and I've tried the probiotics: read my post. The human ones were very dangerous, caused harm but healed nothing.

I take digestive enzymes, they help nothing. At all. I'm still bloated, I still can't digest most foods, the only foods I can digest sometimes get me bloated as well. I'm on very restricted diet.
