Anonymous Coward User ID: 58287722 United States 05/02/2023 06:01 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | So, I'm going in for heart surgery. 99% likely to survive. Very unlikely to need blood product, but I got that covered from unvaxxed friends and relatives. Quoting: PhysicsGeek On the off chance I don't make it, it's been a real pleasure to communicate with such a diverse group of free thinkers, alternative hypothesis enthusiasts, and total wack jobs. If I don't make it. My son will post a final good bye post. If I do make it, I'll be back on in a couple of weeks. If this goes 80%> right I should be in great shape for another 20-30 years. I'm not going into procedural details. Or, what my cardiologist thinks caused the issue. I was triathlete, light drinker, non-smoker, master's swimmer and crew rower, and an MMA/BJJ/Judo enthusiast. My surgeon and cardiologist both the Wuhan virus was man-made and that it is contributing to the staggering uptick in heart problems and they both are very unsure about the vaccine benefits. My surgeons mid-level said, they think the vax would have killed me. My heart is in otherwise great shape. I'm good with my family, good with the Lord, and happy with what I have accomplished. Like Jimmy Buffet said: Some of it's magic, some of it's tragic. But I've had a great life all the way. |

Tell your provider you want Ketamine on induction ;) |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 77374864 United States 05/02/2023 06:23 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Best wishes. Heart surgery has come a LONG distance since the mid 1970's when my dad died of a series of heart attacks, which could have been stopped after the first one with today's standard surgery techniques. Get the surgery and once in recovery do ALL of the post surgery tasks that they assign to you and you will be almost back to new. Prayers |
