schools. Ghana has a 40 year development plan. Many countries
are backward and fucked up - but not all. Many are forward
thinking.

It's a different land. The rivers are navigable by huge ships,
that's why it has been hard to develop Africa, but that is
changing. Africa might well end up being the place to live
