That kind of makes sense. Crohn's is susceptible to fistula, and that would require a surgery which could take months to heal. My sister actually died from a fistula. That could also account for her thin frame.

If she is alive there is zero reason she can't make a brief public appearance and end all of this. Unless she was disfigured.
