Psychiatrist, Joel Eisen is an Ass. U of T Prof used by insurance industry as hired gun to deny benefits to traumatized accident victims

In the eyes of quacks like Psychiatrist, Joel Eisen, every trauma caused by an accident is a pre-existing condition. What a ludicrous man he is.

He thinks he is a God who has the right to trash credibility by saying they are "highly functional" to create the impression they are faking trauma.

For example, and this is a direct quote from court documents;

"Dr. Joel Eisen, Psychiatrist, in his IE report dated March 28, 2012, found no impairment ratings were applicable because there was insufficient evidence that Mr. Nguyen had a psychiatric disorder attributable to the accident."

Is he for real? He himself could very well be a pedophile but he is still a free man because there is insufficient evidence to prosecute him.

The most disturbing statement is; "Dr. Eisen noted that the surveillance showed Mr. Nguyen was high functioning, “except for an insignificant brief clip showing the Applicant attending a medical appointment in March 2011.”

What is that supposed to mean? When did surveillance operatives and goofy psychiatrists join forces?

Every human being is high functioning in his or her own way. To be anything less is to perish because life is an absolute misery these days.

Consequently, ANY psychiatrist who exploits the condition of being human is cruel, despicable, disgusting, and cannot possibly be confused with the quality of being human.

Idiots like Dr. Eisen are in fact the reason people kill themselves and the last thing this jerk ought to be is a psychiatrist -so can somebody correct that lapse.

I can't believe it is now 2024 and that jackass is still destroying people on bahalf of the insurance industry.
