3 New "Depression Cooking with Clara" eps!!!

She will soon have to add such dishes as "Roadkill Surprise".

It sure might come to that. In the latest ep, peppers and eggs part 1, she talked of not having a fridge or freezer. They kept all their food cold by stuffing it in the snow. Her mom would say "go get the meat, over by the fence." It is so cute when she said it. She also said, "I'm laughing but that was really sad then."

She emphasized having a garden!! And also a few chickens. Good advice for these times.

I'm bumping because I love Clara's episodes. Can you spare 5 minutes for charm's sake?

Clara is the best! Thanks so much whoever brought her to our attention. My family loved the potatoes, peas and pasta dish. My mom used to make eggs, peppers and potatoes, it's a family favorite. In fact, I think I'll make it tonight.
