McDonald (Author) This book is the true story of the mission to learn of a project so potentially dangerous to the USA that Congress voted to let Hugh McDonald go public with this book. Hugh McDonald was Army Intel in WWII. Blue Fox was the name of his spy network in Eastern Europe. He was called back into intel work when Blue Fox discovered the Soviets were experimenting with bio-war delivery systems using rockets to release flu virus into the jetstream, then reading US newspapers to note where flu outbreaks occurrred.
