Another Bizarre Cloud this time over Romania

Not HAARP. See how flat that light blue center is? Notice the lines that run from it's center? It's a big ass mother ship, with many smaller craft docked in rows underneath.
At night, usually near and during winter, the center craft runs a light array circular and then down each line until the cloaked smaller craft tighten up formation.
Seriously. I got some video of it last year after trying all the winter before. It's usually at night, and hard to video the dim light moving. But last year, ha ha, got 'em.
We had our first sighting this year of this phenomena in Houston last week.

It's been a few years since my college courses in Romanian, but from what I could make out, the conversation was pretty close to this:

I watch the zoom in and out and also took a number of frame shots to look at them closer,,,, it doesn't appear to be CGI.....
