They hardly take any vaccines in the Ukraine. They certainly didn't have the flu vaccine and even now they are only giving the vaccine to the unaffected eastern regions as it is too late in the west.

Something may well have been released into the atmosphere there but it is still passing person to person and crossing borders. Don't fall into the trap of believing that if you avoid the vaccine you will be safe because even if the vaccine causes a more pathogenic flu, that flu will still pass to the unvaccinated.
