I just woke up from it, first off, so please mind the shaken quick typing of bullet points.
When I have these dreams they are more of visions. Quick shooting translations of what is about to unfold. Quick pictures running through a projector is my best explanation.

I saw skyscrapers crumbling, dates (4.20 was the date on the screen and wolfe blitzer was newscaster), injured, death toll, and homeless on a cnn broadcast, houses falling into a great populated valley (LA I think), refugee camps, poor blacks mexicans and whites revolting against a lack of aid, the rest of the country rising into revolt, our military fighting in great battles within small towns throughout the country, then I saw a man standing on top of the ruins of what looked like our white house. He was holding what looked like a tablet almost like the ten commandments or our constitution. He was speaking to a mass of people (had to have been hundreds of thousands) they all looked like they hadn't showered in weeks, many were injured. The man was telling the people to "Take head this new law, utopia is near"

Then I woke up. Nose bleed crying sweating heart racing and blood pressure 160/90

The date could be one situation... the beginning of the dominos so to say...
But to see a date, I NEVER get that in my dreams, so I was curious is all...

I don't think dates can be set, but I do think people are picking up some future event that will happen.

One reason for this is the prophecy in Matthew 24 in the bible that states in the end times knowledge will be greatly increased.

It states that there shall be wars and rumors of wars, nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
