Well, Neesie, God gave Adam dominion over the earth initially, but when he willingly sinned and disobeyed the one law that God had given him; then satan picked up the dominion. That's what the scroll in Revelations is about. It is the "deed" to the earth. The Lamb of God will be the only one who is worthy to open and hold the deed. All others are not. It's a done deal, we are just waiting.
