I filled out the damn 2010 Census and mailed it back the day I got it, and a Census worker shows up at my door yesterday.

I didn't want to fill it out in the first place, but I did. I only told them that 1 person lives at this residence, which is me. I did not fill out the rest of the form.

I told the Census worker that I filled it out. However, he said I was on the list to contact and that he had a few questions. Again, I told him I had already filled out the form and mailed it. Then I said, I'm not answering any more questions and I told him good bye. He said, "you'd make my job a lot easier if you'd just answer these questions."

At that point I shut the door. He looked very frustrated and angry. I felt bad for him because he's just doing his job. But, I answered what I was going to answer on the form and it was mailed.

Ugh.
