As per legal immigration, I would suggest your comments are made on a lack of life experience.

The US is certainly more fair, but when you have nothing and can cross the border illegally and can support your family - then I think you would do it as well.

There is all this nonsense in California about not wanting to pay medical benefits for illegal Mexicans and then the cost of educating their children.

I understand the argument given California´s financial woes.

Truthfully the Mexicans do a lot of work in agriculture that keeps prices low.

So the state wants the dirt cheap labor and then wants to treat these poor people like shit.

They are human beings and they contribute to the US.

Have a little compassion for the less fortunate.

If you have then you should understand their desire to come.

Many Americans do not travel abroad much and do to the lack of this experience don´t fully realize how good we have it.

Because 10 percent of the population (basically 4 families) controls 90 percent of the wealth. It´s an object-lesson for the United States.

I am American of Irish descent.

The reason there are so many Irish here is that during the potato famine in 1849 England was exporting food from Ireland.

1 million Irish people died from starvation and disease. So they came en masse.

It was so hard for the Irish when they arrived that many women became prostitutes that abandoned there children.

Said children caused a lot of problems. So nobody wanted to hire the Irish.

I will not stand on a soapbox and expound on my life experiences, but will go as far as saying they probably surpass yours. Some of my friends are 2nd generation hispanics from Mexico and Portugal, and they dislike illegals more than me for the simple fact that all the hard work they did to enter this country legally seems in vain when compared to someone just crossing the desert or Rio Grande.

You have no way of knowing what my life experience is.

Laws change over time. When many of our ancestors arrived it was not illegal.

Mexico mostly sucks Bc of he people. It's very negative an all the women there ar haters. The phone system sucks Bc the people never protest to change anything. Here is ONE cellular company there that sucks but no one objects. The police are corrupt....supposedly the drug cartels run everything but from my personal experience inside Mexico, it's the people and heir horrible attitudes that make it such. Disgusting place. There is ridiculous teenage looking graffiti all over the place that's been there for YEARS...I asked someone "why doesn't someone just paint over it?" They really told me that the government doesn't have he money to do it, so it stays. Wow. That's the mentality there. They overcharge Americans for everything and try to steal from you left and right. He police are no exception. It's. horrible country, they aren't civilized decent people there.

Mexico sucks because of the Untied States war on drugs. You created one of the most profitable industries for criminals and they have infiltrated every level of Mexican society and basically ruined it fighting for control.

Just go thru any border town all of them are shitholes. If America sucks so bad why do all the wet backs come here??
