Again, no it's not. Intercepting and reporting radio traffic directly is illegal. You can listen to it, you can sit around with a buddy and listen to it together, you can talk about what you both heard, but you can not tell what you heard to a party who did not hear it for themselves.

The damaged vessel was borded through it's strategic screen door while the hapless crew were eating sandwiches and drinking thunderbird wine.
Shots were exchanged, but due to the intoxicated state of both crews, no one was seriously injured. Once it became clear they were both from France, they decided to blow the hatch of the damaged vessel in order to create a plausible story which could explain this entire debacle."

Something like 10% of the worlds submarines are gathered in the Gulf of Mexico. What the fuck are they all doing there or rather what the fuck are they looking for? DED shows 12 US, 2 French, 3 British, 2 Russian, 1 Canadian, 3 German, 1 Israeli and 2 Unknown submarines

Two days ago I posted that they sent a French Research ship there.

Ok that makes sense, noone trusting US or BP, they send their own submarines to take a look as you say

Ok good news. French captain he now says his sub not sunk only badly damaged, 17 sailor injured. Asking for assistance and rescue.
He says attack from aircraft and not another submarine.

Attack from US helicopter. All sailors bleeding from ear.

OK, captain says surfacing in 12 minutes and magnetic radiation above normal on surface.
