Top Russian spy’s body washes up 'after swimming accident’
The body of one of Russia’s top spies has washed up on the Turkish coast after he disappeared close to a sensitive Russian naval facility in neighbouring Syria.

Major-General Yuri Ivanov, 52, was the deputy head of Russia’s foreign military intelligence arm known as GRU which is thought to operate the biggest network of foreign spies out of all of Russia’s clandestine intelligence services.

His badly decomposed body was found washed up on the Turkish coast by local fishermen earlier this month after he disappeared in the Syrian coastal resort of Latakia further south. The Russian army’s in-house newspaper, Red Star, did not report his death until last Saturday when he was quietly buried in Moscow.

The circumstances of his death are reminiscent of a John Le Carre novel and have therefore fuelled theories that he may have been murdered in Syria and his body then thrown into the Mediterranean where it drifted for days.

WOW THEY ARE SEVERING POTENTIAL SPILLS
 Quoting: dhlos 1087246

OK, let's number them:

#3 - Cabin Cruiser washed ashore on Gulf Coast of Florida with engine running and lights on, nobody home. (per UVB-76)

#1 - Mi6 in London

#2 - Russian GRU in Syria

Some things kinda make me think that there are four. Who's next?

This makes sense...

'British Hit Team Spy Killed After Top BP Critic Assassinated'

A troubling new Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that a British Secret Intelligence Service (SIS, also known as MI6) spy who was a part of the ‘hit team’ ordered to assassinate a top US oil expert, and critic of BP, Matthew Simmons [photo 3rd left] has himself been murdered.

According to this report, British spy Gareth Williams [photo 2nd left] returned to London on August 11th from the United States on a flight from Boston a little less than 36 hours after Simmons was “murder-suicided” in his Maine vacation home, was last seen alive in London on August 15th, and was discovered murdered and stuffed into a sports bag in the bathtub of his flat on August 23rd.
...

[link to www.whatdoesitmean.com]
So let me be sure I have this straight... Simmons committed suicide and stuffed himself in a sports bag?

lol... no, Simmons died in his hot tub at his home in Maine. The SIS agent Gareth Williams (MI6) was found dead, stuffed in a sports bag in a safe house in London, near where he worked. WDIM has made the connection between the two events.. as one event.
That's what I thought.:D It is hard to tell the way that was worded.

Maybe he was disguised as a sports bag when he murdered Simmons lol

one would have thought that Williams would have realized he too was expendable...

Low temperatures tie records at LAX, Oceanside
September 1, 2010 | 9:12 pm

Record low temperatures for the date were tied Wednesday at Los Angeles International Airport and Oceanside in San Diego County.

The temperature was 58 degrees at LAX, tying a record set in 1951, the National Weather Service said. Oceanside dropped to 66 degrees, tying a record that has stood since 1914.

Warm weather is expected across Southern California on Thursday and Friday as a high-pressure system builds over the region, the weather service said.

Mystery over Russian general found dead on Turkish beach

Russian media question official version of death of Yuri Ivanov, that he died going for a swim

A mysterious accident in which one of Russia's most powerful spies was found dead on a Turkish beach has provoked speculation that the deputy head of the country's foreign military intelligence service had been murdered.

Major General Ivanov's body was found on 16 August but was only identified last week.

The news portal Svobodnaya Pressa also pointed out that Ivanov was the second top GRU agent to die in unexplained circumstances. Another senior agent, Yuri Gusev, was killed in 1992 in a "car accident". His fellow officers later established that he had been murdered, the paper said, adding: "Spies of that rank are well protected. As a rule, they don't die by chance."

The general was last seen visiting the building site for a new Russian military base in the Syrian coastal city of Tartus, which is being expanded as a base for Russia's Black Sea fleet.

After his visit, he left for a meeting with Syrian intelligence agents. He then went missing, the Turkish newspaper Vatan reported today.

flavapor, I'm very interested in your tax assessment situation. Did your county have real estate assessments done by a local tax assessor who in on the county payroll, or did the county hire a contract re-assessment corporation to do the tax assessments?

If you do not know, please ask and find out and if a corporation did the assessment, please get the name and post it here.

Changing your assessment will not necessarily lower your tax burden. The county and the city still have a budget and the millage they charge against your assessment, no matter how low the value goes, will still bring in enough tax money to support the budget.

You mention eminent domain values to be one reason for the low assessments, but not necessarily. If you challenge a value under eminent domain, pretty much they have to accept market value and pay you for that.

The main reason for screwing with assessed values is to raise one group's tax obligation and to lower another group/area of property for financial tax obligation. I

I can explain, but it would be off-topic, unless a corporation is involved. This tax assessment issue comes into play in a big way on coastal properties.

ya know, I live in central florida,Orlando area, and about a week back on this thread (I think) I read about the AU and the Algea, etc.. and the fact that if they got us to evacuate, they could claim all the gulf property, and the "riches" within the area. Well maybe there is something to this.

I know this sounds off thread, but I just got my tax bills on properties I own in the area, and yes the values are down, as expected from this economy by MY GOSH just how far down is amazing. At first I was happy cause my taxes also go down, but we are talking about over 50% difference in most cases, and that is not from the high, it is from last year.

So.. what if they are devaluing the gulf area so they can come in under eminant domain and purchase the property off of the tax assessor's claim of value, we would all be screwed. Does anyone else live in a gulf coast state that has a massive decrease in property value? I would also be curious to know what non gulf coast states values are for comparision.

One example is a triplex of one bdrm apts that would have sold during the high's for about 225k, of course it has lost value the past 2 years, but last year I was taxed on a 130k value, this year 40k. I purchased it in bad shape 21 yrs ago for 30k and put another 20k into it at that time.

Extreme Heat/Drought In Russia, Flooding In Asia,
Killing Cold in South America All Connected To BP Oil Disaster

By The Earl of Stirling
9-2-10

Our planet is experiencing a real life version of the movie "The Day After Tomorrow" right now. Record breaking heat (up to 39-40C or 100-104F in Moscow) and drought in Russia, heat and flooding in large parts of Asia (China, Pakistan, etc.), and killing cold temperatures in South America are all reflective of a rapidly changing global weather pattern that is caused by dramatic changes in the Gulf Stream and the North Atlantic Current (also called the North Atlantic Drift) and the Norway Current/etc. brought on by the large amounts of oil discharged into the Gulf of Mexico by the BP Oil Disaster.

Quote another flavapor's earlier post on assessment:

"Actually, I am a property manager. Most property that is a single family home lost about 15-20%, condos and multi family lost quite a bit more. Condo/townhomes lost in the neighborhood of 25-40%, and multi family is anywhere from 25-50% in the downtown area my big loss unit was on the outskirts. The thread is a good idea"

You've answered your own question. Your county officials are raising taxes on homeowners and lowering taxes on investment properties. I've heard that the apartment/condo vacancy rate in Florida is very high. Somebody is setting up the tax rates where homeowner's pick up the difference so the banks foreclosing don't have to pay as much.

It would be very interesting to know what is being done with assessments on the Gulf.

Often when the big boyz want to take over an area, like beach front property from indigenous peoples, they will cause the tax assessments to be raised to the point to where they can no longer afford to live on their land.

There is not a lot of activity on the cams at the moment, Oly 1 is focused on the base of the bop most of the time and it is very dark in that area (no idea if it is oil), Skandi 1 is also at the bottom, with light on a disk (that was white and now turning pink) of some sort, some activity onboard the ship. It was reported that they would attempt to remove the damaged bop this evening but I do not see anything to indicate this is happening. In fact I did see them loading "something" onto the ship this afternoon and am wondering if possibly this has already been accomplished. So far no oil gushing and that is wonderful.

No, it is the county payroll tax collector. I am familiar with this and I am talking about the market value which is about 50k more than assessed value in florida for homesteaded property (owner occupied) all income properties do not get the homestead. That is why I am interested in this subject and it is quasi-off topic being we are trying to figure out what and who has an interest in the gulf states. I cant speak for other states but that is how it is done in florida. Granted we had a higher than most rate of foreclosure. Maybe it has something to do with the GOM or maybe it has something to do with florida and southern regions being most hospitable after a pole shift. My conspiracy mind is at work!

I'm going for #1 given your preference for Yahweh as some sort of god figure in your life.

Rady Ananda: Atmospheric Geoengineering: Weather Manipulation, Contrails and Chemtrails
August 6, 2010
tags:

This is a very long article on chemtrails, but a fairly interesting look at its history. What it doesn’t do is make the connection between chemtrails and the Illuminati, Morgellons Disease, or depopulation. Without that, the impact of the article is an order of magnitude less. Still it is a beginning.

Global Research

July 30, 2010

At an international symposium held in Ghent, Belgium May 28-30, 2010, scientists asserted that “manipulation of climate through modification of Cirrus clouds is neither a hoax nor a conspiracy theory.” It is “fully operational” with a solid sixty-year history. Though “hostile” environmental modification was banned by UN Convention in 1978, its “friendly” use today is being hailed as the new savior to climate change and to water and food shortages. The military-industrial complex stands poised to capitalize on controlling the world’s weather.

“In recent years there has been a decline in the support for weather modification research, and a tendency to move directly into operational projects.” ~World Meteorological Organization, 2007

Rainmaker Charles Hatfield, in 1915, destroyed much of San Diego.
The only conspiracy surrounding geoengineering is that most governments and industry refuse to publicly admit what anyone with eyes can see. Peer-reviewed research is available to anyone willing and able to maneuver the labyrinth of scientific journals. So, while there is some disclosure on the topic, full public explanation is lacking. A brief list of confirmed cloud seeding events is produced at bottom, starting in 1915.

Going under a variety of names – atmospheric geoengineering, weather modification, solar radiation management, chemical buffering, cloud seeding, weather force multiplication – toxic aerial spraying is popularly known as chemtrails. However, this is merely one technique employed to modify weather. The practice of environmental modification is vast and well funded.

Hosted by the Belfort Group, which has been working for the last seven years to raise public awareness of toxic aerial spraying, the Symposium included chemtrail awareness groups from Greece, Germany, Holland, France and the U.S. Belfort published five videos covering only May 29,[1] when filmmaker Michael Murphy (Environmental Deception and What in the world are they spraying)[2] and aerospace engineer Dr. Coen Vermeeren [3] gave the most dramatic presentations.

Dr Vermeeren, of the Delft University of Technology, presented [4] a 300-page scientific report entitled, “CASE ORANGE: Contrail Science, Its Impact on Climate and Weather Manipulation Programs Conducted by the United States and Its Allies.” [5]

Case Orange notes it was prepared for the Belfort Group by a team of scientists but presented anonymously. It was sent to embassies, news organizations and interested groups around the world “to force public debate.”

The report spends some time on HAARP, the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, [6] which is a military endeavor focused on ionospheric, electromagnetic, and global electrostatic field manipulation, and on other exotic weapon systems that manipulate the environment. While related, they go beyond this discussion of chemtrails.

Man, I wish everyone was as thoughtful, kind and polite as you.

I think you should re-read some of your posts bashing people and take your own advice and put it into action.

I am surprise you have not commented on my deductions yet, that speaks loud and clear of you guilt.

Hope Yahweh forgives you, I do.

I gather you refer to your "deduction" that OP and Krispy are part of a huge hoax? And that OP is OziCell and because we are both based in Australia therefore Nexus is part of it too?

How about my deductions about your deduction?

Deduction #1 - you don't look at all available information before accusing people of being liars and frauds.

or

Deduction #2 - you are just here to help cause the list to self-destruct, and that was the best you could come up with.

I find it odd Nex that you are copping all of this flack, since you are the most identifiable person on this thread...

Most here do get where you are coming from!

BTW a friend of mine asked me if you were related to Author Michael J Roads, ( said i'd ask) love his books...

If you were tasked with the job to disrupt or close down this thread, you would target the character, integrity, honesty or whatever - of the most 'trusted' people posting. You would join the list early and observe closely the nature of people's posts, not the content. You would NOT directly attack the targets, you would wait for the next shill, cohort or whacko to come along and then chime in with a considered little 'dig'. Start to add fuel to the fires of suspicion.

Michael J. Roads is my natural father. However after my mother died a few years ago, he remarried and after a big argument, he kicked me out of the family and told me he never wanted to see me again. He has said in emails to my brother that although he loved me as a father, he never ever liked me as a person. Sort of puts the nail in the coffin for reconciliation.

Yes, he writes some amazing stuff in his new age books, and yes he gives inspired talks and workshops around the world. He talks about unconditional love to everyone - except me.

Truly - people preach most what they most need to learn.

Re thread I get what you are saying, it makes sense...hmmm

About MJR, Fark! That is very sad for you but really, most sad for him, goes to show how selective some people can be with their lessons learned.

Many of us seem to be quite disjointed from our birth families in this age, I think it is because we came back quickly for a special mission and are not residing with our usual soul groups.....but that is for another thread.

thanx for the honesty Nex, :)
