China, Russia quit dollar

St. Petersburg, Russia - China and Russia have decided to renounce the US dollar and resort to using their own currencies for bilateral trade, Premier Wen Jiabao and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin announced late on Tuesday.

Chinese experts said the move reflected closer relations between Beijing and Moscow and is not aimed at challenging the dollar, but to protect their domestic economies.
"About trade settlement, we have decided to use our own currencies," Putin said at a joint news conference with Wen in St. Petersburg.

The two countries were accustomed to using other currencies, especially the dollar, for bilateral trade. Since the financial crisis, however, high-ranking officials on both sides began to explore other possibilities.

The yuan has now started trading against the Russian rouble in the Chinese interbank market, while the renminbi will soon be allowed to trade against the rouble in Russia, Putin said.

"That has forged an important step in bilateral trade and it is a result of the consolidated financial systems of world countries," he said.

Isis, I think that these soundeffects could indeed cauze effects to certain aparatus that are down below to keep Synthia updated ... remember that post about that ultra-low-sound that was monitored? It was an article about monitoring the low frequencies of whales ... Aco pointed also towards it being not what it seemed to be, and was/could be used for "other" purposes (suposed) regarding the organism ...
Ofcoz the officials -that know about these equipments and ultra-sounds used to create what they did in the GOM- are not happy with 2 hippies and their miracle-sound-machine.

If the officials knew it was harmless and not cauzing any great significance, then they would allow these music-nuts to just go along ... BUT the officials KNOW it DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE and that is why the music-nuts are getting resistance.

The technique that these 2 people use could be more specialised and more specificaly used to tune-in into different situations. I think they are very close, but it could be perfected.

That streak you see at the suns-pole is a Gamma-ray Streak ... nothing special.
The orbs (big and small) in the corona could be many things, ranging from : compression artifacts, hot-pixels, magnetic disturbances, (this is a low-resolution image, not a high resolution image), ufo's or vessels, dust on the satellites/camera lens-sheet, etc ...
