My gums got brown underneath two teeth just last week and now they hurt. what does it mean

if the brown is on your teeth at the gum line..its called a soft cavity. just need to get them filled. If the brown is on the gums..idk wtf that means, but it doesnt sound good lol. if your tooth starts turning black then it means the root died.

Gums turning brown at the tooth UNDER the gum means you have a gum infection.

you need to get that attended to immediately. Once the socket is eaten away by infection your tooth/teeth will be forever loosened and you will require regular deep cleaning since infection will readily start again and again.

Gum and periodontal are two of the most horrid things to happen to the human body. Once you lose them, they don't grow back really and need surgery or to just pull the teeth and get fake teeth. Hope this helps.
