Hi, st in bg , how are you today?

This mourning i went to a meeting for ocean spray, they explained all the benifits, the 401 k plan, dental,vision,health , a pension plan, their is even a pay for performance plan that we would get paid every quarter (3 months) based on production and quality of mine and others production determined get a bonus, maybe 3 percent of wages earned those 3 months additionally. Their is a great expantion going on for cranberries and such for ocean spray in my area. i went through 2 interviews and some testing, and looks like i may have the job, but if they call me for the job first i would have to go back to colledge for training then lots of other training, to mind numbing for me, school that is. I'll have to learn how to run machines possible , and know what velvs to turn off or on, what mixes to use, how to trouble shoot if their is a problem, some lab testing work, etc. talk about all how they treat their employees very well, give lots of training , train to concentrate on 1 area , not bouncing around different jobs so ones learns that job well, they want us to be dual operators, learn more than 1 eventually or so, but maybe at first i would be a production worker, not sure though untill get hired. Now what i'm getting at is these people all about money and business which do you state that should never been like its being used? What i mean is earth should have been a more simplistic and bartering ways to share goods/services instead of high tech equipment to produce and make cranberry growers and others rich while also helping the worker, and some individuals who are homeless or with low paying jobs while these cranberry operations here paying $11 to $18.50 an hour depending on knowledge and capabilities of the individual, this business talking about 401k and pension and all this money money money one will need when they retire, seems like they want all to do well, the top manager at this plant when he spoke with us and wants to give back to the employees. You say all this won't matter and money things, and greed are just not the way to do things on tera earth. So what were/are ones goals suppose to be on tera earth, i mean what was earthling humans suppose to achieve, was it just to share experience, share all food sources with everyone, help everyone out, so no one would be wealthy or poor , everyone should be equal status? I mean how were things suppose to be without kings and without leadership, everyone for themselves and in their own groups ? Like you et's have a council of worlds, but are you saying that earth should have a council of humans working together for the benifit of humanity or just everyone working together?

How did earth's population get out of hand? I mean like 100 terestrial years ago maybe their was 2 billion, now were close to 7 billion if not more humans, and 2 to 3 hundred years ago maybe their was less than 1 billion, what caused the sharp increase, cause seems like population was controlled nicely untill 100 years ago when many shells/bodies were born and got out of control, how come this happened?
