There is nothing wrong with Admiralty Law. Admiralty Law is actually most excellent. It is founded on a 'love thy brother' concept that is WORLDWIDE ENFORCEABLE. The problem is that pirates are in the judges seat. Money is all that talks to them. The Birth Certificate is a contract between the 'Doc' and the buyer (of your child) which establishes the 'owner' as their slave owner. The word 'Doctor' comes from the sailors slang of calling a dock manager 'the Doc'. So the Doctor delivering your child, is styled after 'the Doc'.....The birth certificate is actually like a DAMAGE REPORT the somehow your child is damaged goods to be sold a market to the highest bidder. Someone is 'punking' little babies as they exit the womb, according to the damage report. They then make a certificate to certify YOUR CHILD as damaged in some way. Hmmm....

For those who remember that case this week of the Missoula County jurors refusing to convene a panel for a silly case involving 1/16 of an oz of marijuana -- I think the most interesting part was the DA's characterization of the jurors' actions as a 'mutiny'.

I just became a father rescently and got to ask the questions for once. The hospital would not let the baby leave until a BC was established. So I asked "What about babies who are born in their home, and dont go to the hospital??" The answer was few and far between but it was stated that I had a certain amount of time to registar the baby. My next question was not answered. "And if I dont?" Fines and status were not given just a "dont do it" attitude. I'm very concerned at the fact that my baby could have free rights to life. It sounds crazy but even the legal system would not apply to my child or would they deport her, and to where since this is her "birth country" or is it "birth corporation"??? I would love to see some law with those two questions. I would feel alot better knowing what I could do rather than being beaten around the bush.

The United States was brought up as a slave nation. After the civil war the "country" was completely broke, if it wasn't for the Jewish masters who came and set up the banking system and make us their slave nation, we wouldn't be here today. I guess it's sort of like a love hate relationship. Yes, being a slave nation is a bad thing, but that who we are. It's like a cat raising a puppy. When the puppy grows up it will act as a cat. As used in Chapter 176 of the United States Code "United States" means...A Federal Corporation...Agency...Instrumentality. Wow, that's huge. Chapter 176 deals with collecting debts, like tax debts.

You aren't suggesting the definition applies to the entire United States Code are you? Certainly not to any other body of law, like our Constitution?

In fact I'd say that definition of "United States" is pretty limited and applies only to entities authorized to collect debts for the government, maybe like the federal reserve and their debt notes or to the IRS?

I apologize, The dates those codes were made and the "new constitution" was drafted was way after 1776. check out the act of 1871. it rewrote the constitution and for the next 40 years after laid out the groundwork for the banking system. We were the "Great experiment" or the matrix so to speak. It piggybacked the same original document but legal verbage was added. This recreated our constitution we once knew. All of the quotes of Pres Jackson described how that 40 years would go. And it did. The federal reserve was created. After 1913 Look at all the events America has faced and it was after the revision in Congress in 1871 and took affect when the FED was created. Depression, wars, invasions, stock market collapse, wars, gold reposession. These laws made all that happen. So again I apologize for the aggression but we have not been living the life we should be and it was only corrected 150 years ago. Keep the thread moving.
