I think I may have damage to my ears from the work I did in the Navy. I am already getting paid for my knee, I should try for the ears too. My boats were horribly loud, the engine right behind me. We couldn't wear earplugs, had to be able to hear everything going on.

I don't know if I should say anything. They tested that crap in my neighborhood in the 1990's. Tin foil hats will work, but the nap of the neck must also be covered. Real tin, not aluminum foil. Yes but they were not that interested in those. They are out there though. The frequencies that is but those are forbidden. All these frequencies are in the ranges blocked for use by the government. Google a frequency chart and it will show blocked frequency ranges.
