so when we fitted our memories and storyline to the stars that appeared in our sky we were aware of procession
because it takes a long time to observe procession
but if the original purpose was to explain loss of golden age
hence loss of universe as we knew it and another one in it`s place
and we had experienced the grind between the two
precession may have been added to the symbol as we observed our new environment and edited our stories to fit what we saw to what we were happy to forget

Locality and object are definitely 2 parts of the whole as effects are scaled between the two. I'm intuiting 'destiny' and 'inevitability' superceding choice to create needed form by gauging awareness.
