In it, it states the Doctor had tons of information, 400 storys written up by the other Dr. but he wont share or is dead by now. So who has them all now? It was info about telepathic futuristic events.

i don't know where you saw that but you obviously did not read it as it details information from the 80s and beyond up to about 2003 or 2006 i believe.

that link talks about how members can earn money by advertising 4shared "annual subscriptions" to audiences on their blogs, websites, etc.

it mentions nothing of members making money off of viewers downloading their files.
