I don't know about head scars and brain surgery but there is little doubt that Obama has suffered significant brain damage as a result of his "recreational" use of cocaine. The evidence for disorientation is clear. He doesn't know that this is not 2008, that his daughter is not yet 13, that his birthday is not this week, that the number of states is not 57, etc, ad without limit. Published research has demonstrated that the function most damaged by cocaine is the "executive functon" -- the ability to control and allocate cognitive resources.

How can a man be the chief executive of the US if he can't direct his own mind? Obviously, he can't. Axelrod and company have been running the country for the last three years. Obama has been doing what makes him feel comfortable -- playing golf and watching basketball.
