There is some phenomena that are called "earthlights", bizarre lights, weird glowings or shinings, flashes or "foo fighters" linked with earthquakes, underground activity or simply the geologic composition of some areas. It may be the result of faults' activity, electromagnetic or plasmatic stuff. I'm not a geologist, but I think that there is some very interesting research on the stuff (for example, the Hessdalen lights). This is, anyway, an odd but natural phenomenon. |

That is a camera filming time lapse footage with the light gain set quite high. The lights you say are spitting out are cars on a road and your UFO is the washout from one or more spot lights at least one of which appears to be pointing almost directly into the camera and flaring on the plastic cover of the camera. |

Notice the other cameras show UFOs flying above the volcano, those are cars as well? Those are known as airplanes and in sometimes depending on shutter rate and cloud movement stars |
