I know the spectrum monitor is for all transmitted frequencies between 1MHz and 30 MHz. Most are man made frequencies like, cell phones, dish, internet transmissions to and from satellites. Some of the signatures seen are also Heliophysical in nature etc... This frequency range is too high for most quake signals, for they are in the ELF/VLF range. This can tell you the amount of electromagnetic disturbance is in our atmosphere from cosmic energies, ie solar storms, flares, CME's etc...

boy, my dog has been edgy about this all morning; hanging round me/whining/going outside and looking towards the ocean

then after the quake, she calmed right down and has curled up and gone to sleep

is this what has been giving us all the trouble with tv, internet, phone issues the last few days? Would this cause headaches and the unrelenting ear hissing also? and I know this probably sounds crazy but ever since we heard the phenomenon noises like wind, airplanes, sounds louder and clearer I guess that's a good way to describe it like you can focus in on the noise and hear it better? If that makes sense it's the best way I can describe it I noticed this after the night we heard the sounds and thought it was weird but just me then last night both my kids said something about it asking me if I thought the wind sounded different which was one of those 'wow' moments. We haven't had any notable cosmic events that I have seen for the last week except for that one CME that's due here tomorrow I think.

That's always a great reassuring sign when they go to sleep. Stay Safe xxx

my feeling is that it will keep building until the march 21 equinox.....

we saw and felt alot of activity till july last year and then it just died off......

I believe that where we are in our orbit around the sun has a lot to do with it.....
