The guy who found the body in a garbage bag called the police and told them about it. the cop came and didn't want to walk across the ditch filled with water and muck to get it. Later, he said he picked up the bag and a scull fell out. He didn't take the stand to testify.

How did he come across a body in a ditch filled with muck and water? why didn't they want him to testify? I hope someone tries to interview him.

One thing glaringly obvious to me is that the defensive never proved, never provided evidence (since everyone's emphasis is so evidence heavy as of late) that Caylee drowned accidentally in the pool. Never did and that defense excuse should have been stricken from the record.

I wonder what juries did back in the day before DNA. Yes, motive and circumstance was used to convict, and it worked several times over for locking up the guilty.

i think he called the police 4 times altogether, or three.

so the police were already aware something was there back in august, december being when the skeleton was found.
the searcher lady with the dogs who came down from ohio to help search for caylee went to the spot and kronk was there.
she even called the police to tell them she saw what she thought might be a body.
they told her to leave the area, return to ohio or face arrest for interfering in forensic evidence.

well i did at first...till i saw they had no evidence pointing at casey, but did towards george

now that lady couldnt even keep her eyes open when being interveiwed by the media and when giving those statements out in public asking for help finding the boys...
when george was asked if he ever molested casey, he did what that lady did, he looked down and answered no.he could NOT look defense in the eye.THAT was what set off my alarms bells.

but instead, she runs to the phone and calls 911 and proclaims that the trunk of the car has a dead body in it cause she can smell it.

the husband most likely has an affair, sitting in a chair as the woman is sitting on the floor, probably destressing him at the time and he blurts out "it was an accident that got out of hand?"

and he writes an 8 page suicide note???????

im not suggesting casey is innocent, but this seems to be a family matter and the family, as disfunctional as it is, seems to have worked this out together.

besides, i didnt catch the entire duct tape thing about past dead pets, but i recall something about 30 years ago?

casey is 25, for one. and father most likely put the duct tape to keep bodily fluids from seeping out everywhere till he could dispose of the body of the deceased pet.

perhaps the same happened with the child, only with all the searching, they wasnt able to get the body out as soon as they would have liked?

thats why the baby was dumped instead of burried perhaps?

There was obviously a dead body in the car, everyone smelt it. There were maggots and everything. Who used that car that we know? Casey Anthony. Who looked up chloroform, neck breaking, shovels that we know? Casey Anthony. Who had the heart stickers in her room? Casey Anthony. Who constantly lied to police about where Caylee was? Casey Anthony. Who didn't give a shit about where Caylee was, going on video, and picture evidence? Casey Anthony.

It has nothing to do with feelings, it's flat out evidence that was there that she did it. These jurors must have had a messed up idea of what evidence is. God, if they needed fingerprints to prove the fucking thing, why did they bother having a trial? And save the state some fucking money on this bitch.

So because the verdict was one that doesn't suit you, or isn't to your liking you've lost all faith ?

I think a lot of people need to learn about our judicial system and then learn what evidence and proof mean.

While your at it, try learning about the term:

"beyond a reasonable doubt"

You might stand to learn how things work according to law, not according to media hype, witch-hunts and social bias/prejudice/pressure.

Lastly, jurors are selected by both the prosecution and defense. They are picked based on the fact that they aren't very biased, aren't too prejudice or too empathetic to the alleged crime(s) committed and are apt to be more open minded and willing to hear, discern and digest "facts" before judging a defendant and jumping to conclusions.

coming home from the market one day I lost a pound of burger under the seat I live in Florida 3 or 4 days before I got back in the car it smelled like death so you know a rat dies and it smells like death whats your point

she smelled something that has turned bad, she didnt open the trunk and look. she didnt even think a grocery product.

she did however immediately call the police and said she smelled a dead body in the trunk.

not a perishable item, she didnt look.

she didnt call and say i opened the trunk cause i smelled something horrible coming from the trunk but just thought that in light of our urrent circumstances, you might like to know that there is a foul smell emmanating from the trunk of my daughters car.

Without prints, there can be reasonable doubt about anything.

Let's say they find Casey's hair strand, well how do you know it wasn't already there somewhere, or flew there off a shirt, or who the fuck knows how. Or, let's say the duct tape was in Casey's room. Well maybe someone put there to make it look like she had it, how the fuck do you know why it's there? So why bother having a trial when there are no fingerprints? Why not save money, and just not even freakin' bother if people can just say "oh there is no evidence" because there wasn't something like DNA connecting her to it. If you are supposed to have concrete evidence in order to find someone guilty (like some kind of print, or catch them in the act basically) than why bother? Why waste taxpayer money? They knew there was no DNA or prints, 3 fucking years later, so don't even bother then. Any case with no DNA and prints should just be reasonable doubt. Because there weren't these prints, or someone didn't directly see her using the shovel, there apparently is no real evidence. According to these people that say it was the right verdict.

Don't even bother having trials unless there some DNA there.

She also knew what a dead body smells like, and there were about 5 other people that said the same thing. If you smelt a dead body you would know too.
