At all costs we must do the following. 1) Get the grid back up as fast as possible. 2) Get fuel assembly lines to the backup generators 3) Use teamwork like never before. Take leadership if need be. EDUCATE one another on the conditions. 4) Ignore "authorities" and people take and keep control of their own cities (look at what "authorities" are doing to the Japanese... 5) Use geiger counters at all times. 6) Have and take Potassium iodide. The women will need to bring food to the men, the youth will need to take care of the home, and the men will need to be Johnny on the spot. TEAM WORK. ADAPT and OVERCOME. people plugged into the matrix will do anything, give their lifes to protect it. When this happens (failure of Nuclear Plants) dont count on it that you can set up this prisonsystem back up. It wont happen again. When this "grid" goes it is meant to come down to never return! You think you own this planet? you dont, you are a grain of sand! This system was set up to inprison millions of the worlds population, only the few that are tired and want to see it gone will understand and they are waiting, baiting their breath because these know that it is the chance to build a better world! Down with this system I say and no more of it. These peeps are called "doomers" and some of them hang on GLP and seriously discuss and getting prepared to bug out. Probably a cup of coffee and some cold cloths or hot cloths (try both and see which works best) would be all he needs. Please. Your liver has enough to deal with nowadays. Those OTC pills are very, very hard on the liver.  Not quite, although 4 aleve is alot I reguarly take 3-4 ibuprofen 800mgs for a headache. I've taken upwards of 3,000mgs of ibuprofen and 6,000mgs of APAP in a 24 hour period with no liver damage. Of course, with repeated abuse liver damage will definitely happen. |

We just don't have anywhere near enough replacement parts in stock here in the States to repair the grid should the damage be extensive. Most of that shit is made in China or in other countries... and if they too are suffering from damage, then, well, guess what happens to us? This is the WORST catastrophic scenario imaginable. We will be killing each other off instead of working together to survive. Many will die slowly, of hunger, loss of meds, disease and bullets. Many will suffer VERY much before dying. If you have not read the book "One Second After" - it is a MUST. |

Your liver won't hurt or tell you it's damaged. It will just stop being able to do what it does -- which is filter all the toxins out of your body, as well as a host of other things. So you can't take ibuprofen and tylenol and pills like that. You are destroying your liver. You should try to care for your liver instead of abusing it. Sorry to preach, but if you knew how damaging to your liver that was you would not do it. You should Google up and research the effect some of the OTC drugs have on the liver. Tylenol and ibuprofen are two of the worst OTC drugs on the liver. It's not a joke. If you read up on it you'll see what I mean. Turns the liver into pudding. Try using heat or cold, one of those will work. You take those things in an emergency, not handfuls all the time, unless you are not wanting to hang around this planet very long. |

Transformers work fine with AC electricity, but can be damaged or destroyed if too much DC electricity flows into them. That's what can happen during big space weather storms.
