Sounds a lot like Quad Graphics, I worked at the one in Saratoga Springs, NY for a while as a temp while I was in between real jobs. Wasn't that bad really, they had you so busy most of the time that the 12 hours would just fly by.

The hardest part was dealing with all the redneck grade school dropouts who had been working there forever and just knew it all about how to stack magazine bundles on pallets. And of course as a "temp" you got treated like shit (except for the cool machine operators, there were a few).

Im not making fun.. I don't make much more than him.. Just trying to explain to him that "our' hard work doesnt mean much as its all handed over to the government in the end.
