My sister just left the hospital and called me while on the road. The reception wasn't too clear so I will talk to her once she gets to her daughter's home. What I could understand is that Aaron's temperature is down to 99.7--Praise God! He was very peaceful and even slept for a half hour as his mother just sat by holding his hand. His pain level improved as well as his appearance. She told me the reason I couldn't get through to him was because his girlfriend unplugged the hospital phone and shut his cell phone off--and that is another story I won't get into right now. Aaron said to say "Thank You" to all of you. He got very emotional again when my sister told him that people continue to pray. I will update with more once I speak to my sister later on. Love and a Big Thanks go out to all of you, once again.  Mark 11:20-25: And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots. | KoFFee_ (OP) User ID: 1373078 United States10/01/2011 12:14 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Good Evening Everyone, My sister wrote the following: "The update on Aaron is this The doctor realized that the high fever was most likely due to him being on Vancomycin for 15 days so they took him off (( it can become very toxic in ones body)) also the 3rd c-scan did not show additional abcesses in his sb region like first thought , although he is not ruling them out, he may do an MRI in the future if things do not get better. As for the remaining abcesses he is waiting to see if the new antibiotic called Linezolid will improve his condition and shrink the remaining abcesses..his fever was way down at 7:00 pm tonight to 99.7....yeah! He is still in pain and just really needs his rest now....please I pray no more outside drama !! Some family members just don't get that there is a time and a place for all the other BS. Putting that aside, thanks to all the people praying , there is a very real spiritual battle going on for his soul, but I have learned to give it to God. At the same time I am alive and so is he, so the battle of the flesh will prevail!! " Praise be to God! To God be the glory, great things He hath done! Whatever is good and perfect comes from You, the Creator of all Light. Thank you, Jesus! Thank you God! You are Wonderful! You are our Great Physician! Thank you, Heavenly Father! You are Beautiful! I just got off the phone with my sister who is in the hospital with her son. Aaron's temperature is down to normal for the first time in the past 3 weeks. My sister said he looks soooooooo good--his color, his eyes are bright. His pain level dropped and breathing has improved--he still needs oxygen, however. The doctors will not operate again as they want to see how this new antibiotic will work. If Aaron continues to show signs of improvement, it is even possible he will be out of the hospital by next week! I still can't thank all of you enough for your faithfulness in prayer and exhortation. I hope to meet you all in heaven to give you a hug of love!
