According to Sergey, contrail formation COULD be considered a type of aerosol due to being composed of burnt fossil fuel gases.
Contrails CANNOT then, be pushed aside as simply exhaust + condensation if we're considering integrating potential applications.
If contrails are a type of aerosol, wouldn't it make sense that they be looked at as a potential delivery mechanism for future experimentation?
The SPICE Project, which is albeit underway, is currently suggesting the usage of weather balloons to inject aerosols into the atmosphere.

FYI, this is the type of domestic issue that OWS is meant to make a distraction of.
This is REAL, FACTUAL, ongoing efforts to use the upper atmosphere as a climate change solution science experiment.

Just yesterday the BCP Task Force suggested that "some research into climate remediation, not to mention climate remediation efforts themselves, could pose risks and raise new ethical, legal and social issues of broad public concern."

This Blue Ribbon Task Force calls on the Federal Government to:

"require more robust forms of oversight than usual, involving more diverse kinds of experts and more public involvement"
"conduct[ing] public communication and engagement activities."


This press release from the BPC comes just days after a 9News report in Denver explained to residents the reasoning behind 'persistent contrail formation' due to a MAJOR influx of such activity on the day of a city-wide anti-terrorism drill.

Although the meteorologist attempts to explain the phenomenon, his explanation regarding atmospheric temperature left some puzzled.
I guess you can't say he didn't 'engage public communication' however...

Apparently David Whelan worked on improving global positioning capabilities, space-based radar, etc.
He was also one of four lead engineers to develop the B-2 Bomber. Funny how he's now a member of the BPC Task Force on Climate Remediation.

I'm gonna say no. This is why.
Manmade radiation and manmade products create cancer. Its already being proven. So why are we blaming the sun for cancer when free radicals exist because of the chemicals we ingest (commonly referred to as food) the chemicals we put on our skin in our hair and on wounds???

I'll tell you why.
Because the Elites don't want us to receive as our ancients did. Especially IF IT COULD MUTATE OUR DNA INTO BEING EVEN GREATER THAN IT IS.

Thus, the TRUE argument of why geo-engineering exists at all.
1. Excess chemical storage and by-product abundance
2. Profit
3. To deter the sun's natural powers from the corporate slaves.
4. To prevent a possible and most likely acceleration in our DNA.
5. Control the weather for warfare uses.
