This person almost certainly does not know that "falsification" is technical term in science and a process of evaluating and rejecting theories. In a sense, it is the cornerstone of the scientific method, or at least it should be.

It would appear many working scientists are unqualified in scientific methodology, so I would not expect a lay person to follow the train of thought here.

Umm. I guess what I am proposing is that there are binary stars, and then there are binary star systems as a result. I think Sirus and our solar system have a binary relationship--our sun and Sirius C. Our solar system and the Sirius system. Which is why it is fixed in our sky, a matter of positioning.

Galaxies are also binary.

Just look at Sirius tonight--Canis Major, the star blocked on google.

Locate Orion to the east facing south, beneath it is the Sirius star system. Canis Major is twinkling SO bright.

I don't think constant illumination is balanced, otherwise why would we have nightfall? People don't get enough darkness if you ask me, it seems to have been demonized.

Yes, it's called escape velocity, and our system far exceeds it relative to Sirius.

Any time dilation effects from this relative velocity will not magically make us orbit Sirius, nor will it change the fact that we're traveling too fast relative to each other to be orbiting the Sirius system.
