Synesthesia and Psychic Abilities/Lucid Dreamers

How strange. I just, JUST wrote a response to someone on one of my threads suggesting he might have synesthesia.

Was it the high frequency tone thread? That was the thread i was reading that prompted me to think about this, primarily because when i hear these tones they are orange.

It is so natural to me to perceive this way, that I had to really stop and think as I was reading that thread.. "hey, I perceive these as orange"....and got to thinking that I probably am not the only one.

If that isn't the thread, can you link me to the one you are talking about?

not sure this is the same thing but i lucid dream and i also share dreams with people. From sharing my dreams with people and listening to theirs, i know theres been at least 4 or 5 different people Ive been able to cooperatively dreamshare.

You wanna talk synchronicity...I posted my reply on my thread and you posted this thread both concerning synesthesia at the same moment. My brother has a form of synesthesia and often tell me of his attributes with the color orange.

I have a very strong psychic ability, several in fact. But I am not comfortable talking about them on a public forum.

Why ask online? Just ask the people you meet on the astral plane.

I have had synesthesia for as long as I can remember, but I never knew what it was called. I figured this was something everyone did.

I lucid dream occasionally, I have never astral projected and I'm not psychic.

Although, I can read people's energy/emotions/personality/intentions extremely well.

I'm off to do some research of my own on the new word I learned today - thanks!!!

Dreamshare- Cool word. I've been looking for a word to google on this subject. I can project myself into people dreams while I am awake. I have to be right near them, within a foot and a half. I sit there till I feel "a flow of energy". It is a field around their head about 1.5 feet in diameter. (much like the halos on the saints- etc) When the person is activly dreaming the flow is VERY FAST. When it slows down- that is when I project in.

Popped into the dream of a girlfriend and told her I had just jumped into her dream and that I needed her to tell me about it when she woke up. I had forgotten about it when I woke up, and was hella surprised when- She did tell me. Then she asked if that was really me and I lied and said no. I thought it might fk up her mind to know I could jump into it.
That was over a decade ago-

As for 'regular' dreams- sometimes I wake up knowing I have to get ahold of someone- usually something in the dream clues me into their stress- and the next day I call em and say "so, what the hell is going on over there" and they tell me.... ... in fact I saved a life that way once. So I am rather interested in these sorts of things.

Looking to practice- but there are many problems.
First- the subject CANNOT KNOW beforehand-
If you told someone and then didn't project- they would likely dream you did since the idea was planted...

Anyhow- over the years I set up some ideas on a way to prove it-

Have a subject goto sleep. (being told it is a simple sleep study)

Once EKG registers they are dreaming-
a person gives me a word- or object or message-
From there I go and lay next to the person and wait for a calm spot to send into....

I would be mic'd so as you can hear I am not whispering at the subject.

Thus the sleeping person has no foreknowledge of what is going to be planted- and no foreknowledge of someone attempting to jump in their dream.

If they awaken AND give the message-
That's proof.

The data collected would be interesting to,
I can feel the shift in their energy when they slow their dreamrate, at which time maybe I could push a button.
I bet the timing of the button hit would match exactly the change shown on the EKG....

I have a feeling I can only do it to people I know- I also have a feeling that that is not true at all.

I'd like to be experimenting. I think it would be possible to tune into someone just by using a photo in the future...
But as it stands- I needed to SEE their energy to get it going... I dunno.

During waking hours there are a few people I can 'make' call me by just thinking about them.... :) All close friends.
