I believe you are right. As Crossfire said, it makes sense our govt would get us involved while we are distracted with Thanksgiving.

It seems to me that they like to shock people on certain days that we will remember easily. Thanksgiving sounds about right, we would always remember that.

I will always remember Thanksgiving 2000 when the Florida recount was going on between Bush and Gore. I was with mostly older family and they were all saying: "well, we sure don't want Gore in there". I sat there and swallowed more of my own tongue than turkey. And that was before 9/11 of course, knowing now that they're all a bunch of bums.

There will be major bloodshed soon in Egypt, with the military fighting the activists until the crowds grow so large that power will have to be given over to civilian authority. This will spill over in the region, with more protests. The situation is ripe for opportunism on many fronts.

If any country invades the US the only results will be we will under no uncertain terms kill every soldier they send our way... And it won't be an easy death... See you come to my turf you die on my terms... Very slow and painful on video so I can send it back to thier relatives... That way the population of the invading country gets a very up close and personal look at what will happen when they send more soldiers... Bottom line leave me alone and I will leave you alone...slap me and I will liquify your sorry ass....

I think it will be EMP attack and then a ground war like no other... They want our natural resources...

All the players are in place and the strategic choke points are vulnerable.

I would assume everything is ready to see if anyone will back down both politically and militarily.

...... Right now it doesn't appear to be likely.

So many countries are in or near civil war it will be hard for any of them to react since communication and coordination is key to success.

I would also assume since most communications are at a disadvantage then they will all go with thier plans and see where they stand after the first volley is unleashed.

All I can say is pray for peace unless God has decided to let them all kill each other off. Saves him the trouble.
