A good cop pulling over good drivers...

that's a pretty cool idea. Helps to get a community to view their officer's as friends.

I can't help but thinking about the worst case scenario here... an officer witnesses someone following traffic rules and wearing their seatbelt, they approach the vehicle with their gift card ready but unbeknownst to the officer, the driver is a felon and thinking the officer is about to arrest them, pulls out a gun.

He can reward me by not pulling me over.

A Good Cop wouldnt pull over any good drivers for any reason at ALL unless they are breaking the LAW !!!

They should be pulling over criminals and illegals, especially in SoCal where they are everywhere driving like shit on the freeways.
