Check out some charity's , maybe a soup kitchen .

Boil the noodles and heat the tomato sauce then mix and eat.

Call the center for food action or go to a shelter and ask can you work for two hours per night in exchange for a meal each night. Lots of volunteer places will do that for you

In desperate need you can take any leather boots you have and boil them to drink the juice left just make sure they were not sprayed with chemicals before.

Just add all the ingredients you have & it will give you different recipes. My husband always says there is nothing to eat & is always shocked what I can cook up with a few things.

Anyway, OP, just ask a neighbor for some help. You'd be amazed at how generous some people are. Even if it's just them inflating their ego a bit, you need the food, they need the ego feed. Fair trade. We're poor too, but I'd give you a warm coat that no one is using, a few blankets and a box of food, including some deer meat and eggs. Seriously, I would. Imagine what the boougie ass, wanna be rich neighbors could possibly give you. Tuck up your pride and ask them, there is no shame in it. Offer to do some yardwork in exchange if you don't feel comfortable just asking.

I would boil the noodles as usual, then fry them to make a counterfeit lo-mein

add a little spice, the frying makes them more appetizing and nutritious

Go to your local McDonalds at closing time. They throw away all their left over food. If you can get there right before it's put in the dumpster, you might get lucky.

grind the noodles into a powder. swallow obout 12 ounces of them, now drink 3 cups of warm water. You will be full in no time

Call them in a pizza and pay with your credit card. I have done it for others before that lived out of state.

I saw a show on the Food Network that shows they throw away perfectly good food every night. The fruits, veggies, bread, pastries, etc are totally edible, they just don't look perfect.

Maybe you could dumpster dive and your local super market.
