How do you open the third eye and how long does it take?

Well first you have to learn how to go into trance without falling asleep.


Seeing Color in your minds eye means your too aware.


You need to calm your mind and let your body fall asleep while your mind stays awake but thinks of nothing.


If you can accomplish that you will feel your body go heavy and cold.

Sometimes you will feel a hum or vibration. That means you are in trance.


And you can only unlock the Third Eye by going into trance first.

Once you are in trance you can focus on your Chakra and you will feel it open.

Its unmistakable. I describe it as a warm bread roll being torn open.

I've noticed a solution to a two fold problem.

The first problem is clearing your mind, the second problem is focusing on the third eye.

Last night I read a website where they said picture the front of the brain then move back into it and down slightly until you see your pineal gland. At that point keep focus on it.

WOW! that was incredible! I tried it last night. Every time I had complete focus on the pineal gland my body went tingly and light. As I lost focus it felt like I dropped with a thud.

I've never tried that before but every single time I focused hard on the pineal gland there was instant changes to my body. There is a lot of background noise where I live so I kept losing it. Tonight I'm trying with frequency music and see if it's any better.

I've had the same experience. It felt like something pulling on my body and I could see a white light and tunnel and then I freaked out and was never able to do it again.
